ConcreteEnergyHomes is Looking for Builders Interested in Alternative DisasterProof and ZeroEnergy Residential Construction
Natural disasters are becoming more frequent and more severe. Hurricanes, tornado’s, floods, fires, and earthquakes are devastating families and communities across the United States. Man-made disasters are also becoming all too common events as well. Who’s truly thinking about the victims or those wanting to avoid becoming one? We have a housing solution.
ConcreteEnergyHomes intends to form joint ventures or franchise its homebuilding business throughout the country or wherever demand is demonstrated. ”Franchising is a successful and proven method of establishing and expanding businesses while maintaining quality control”, according to Dave Anderson, the founder of ConcreteEnergyHomes. The benefits of franchising are well known and a good solution to getting our homes to the public in the shortest amount of time. We recognize that no one wants to wait once they’ve made a decision to build a home so we need to be prepared for the possibility that our homes could quickly become popular! Once interest in a development or a home is identified, we will begin searching for interested builders, especially those that like the franchising concept. We expect to train, supply, and support builders in every way necessary for them to become, and remain, a successful business and community builder.
ConcreteEnergyHomes, as partner or franchisor, will assist in locating an initial development site of at least 25 homes to jump start the building and franchising process. As a builder or franchisee you will be required to commit to building to the “fortified” and other standards set by ConcreteEnergyHomes, using its ConCoreSystems building process. The builder or franchisee will also be encouraged to create employment and purchase materials within the community including homeowner participation in appropriate aspects of constructing their home.
This is a preliminary list of benefits you will receive as a ConcreteEnergyHomes franchisee:
- Corporate and legal document preparation
- Logo and letterhead identity
- Local and national website presence and name recognition
- Establish office/ home office procedures and communication
- Access to inventory of house plans, design build and CAD professionals
- Sharing marketing strategies and access to consultants
- Product and technical training
- Established accounting, estimating and job cost procedures
- Member of CEH professional group that includes Accountants, Attorneys, Insurance and Real Estate agents, and Mortgage, Banking, and other financial services
- Equipment selection and financing
- Cross ownership program with CEH to guarantee common interests
- And of course you will be a member of an expanding buyers group that guarantees the lowest prices for the best products available, products you might not find on your own at prices better than you could negotiate on your own!
Although we have not yet determined a definitive fee structure for a franchise, we can tell you we are considering an initial deposit to demonstrate your commitment, plus an ongoing fee based on a percentage of a home’s sales price, to be paid upon the closing of each home. You pay when you profit, not before!
Our promise to you is that ConcreteEnergyHomes will do everything it can to help you become successful because we need you to build our homes! Our business is your business and your business is ours!
I guarantee the final agreement will be a win/win situation!
